The boutique 20 hectare vineyard produces Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier premium fruit
for some of Australia’s leading wineries under SQF 2000 quality certification.

Since 2003, small parcels of fruit have been hand selected to produce the
stable of Hillbillé wines now available at the cellar door, via mail order or
through our Western Australian distributor, Strategic Wines (9456 0088).
