Hillbillé wines were selected as one of only ten Australian wines to appear at Independents Day at Australia House in London.

Hillbillé produced the first of its ‘Signature Series’ of premium wines a Reserve Shiraz Viognier. The wine is named after the family’s great-great-grandfather, James Brittain, whose signature is still seen today across the City of Perth on such buildings as the Barracks Arch and Cloisters.

Hillbillé wines were featured in the highly respected Japanese wine magazine Real Wine Guide (volume 11, Autumn 2005) in the category of 'Best Wines under ¥3000'.

Hillbillé Merlot-Shiraz 2003 and 2004 were featured in The West Australian newspaper, Wine - Ray Jordon, 'Set for a Southern Wine Tour' feature.

Hillbillé was selected, after an exhaustive selection process, by the Beefsteak & Burgundy Club for their 2008 International Convention to be held in Perth, Western Australia. Hillbillé Shiraz Reserve 2003 and Hillbillé Merlot-Shiraz 2003 were judged first and second as the Conventions 'Signature Wines'.

Hillbillé exported a selection of wine to South Korea through the major South Korean wine distributor "Prime Liquor". The wines are featured and available for on-line purchase through their website.

Hillbillé was honoured with the 'Best Rosé' award by Ray Jordan at the launch of his 2004-05 Guide to Western Australian Wine at Burswood Hotel in Perth, Western Australia. Mr Jordan commented "well done to one of our emerging stars".

Austrade (Australian Trade Commission) displayed Hillbillé wines in it's 'What's New from Australia' section at the FHA (Food and Hotel Asia) 2004 at Singapore Expo. Hillbillé wines were also served at the FHA Business Networking Function at Grand Hyatt Singapore at the conclusion of FHA 2004.
